Code Sign error: Certificate identity 'iPhone Developer: Developer Name (1234HEX)' appears more than once in the keychain. The codesign tool requires there only be one.

Clean up the Keychain and the problem is fixed

When creating the new project in Xcode, the ‘Class prefix’ should be of reasonable length (say 2 to 6 characters).

Class prefix is a sad (?) reminder that there is no namespace support in objective-c.
