VirtualBox ‘non-optimal Setting’ Warning

After choosing ‘2 CPUs’ for my VM, VirtualBox shows ‘non-optimal setting’ warning. Any value bigger than one will show this warning.

Select ‘Enable IO APIC’ gets rid of the warning message.
