Bought an App from AppStore but the download has been stalled half way through.

Fixed it by pressing the ‘pause’ download button then ‘resume’ in the AppStore Update tab.

Cannot get preview of html or dvi to work in Lyx. It complaints about LaTeX Error: Unknown graphics extension: .ps.
